Since we are a custom fabricator, only goods that are damaged in transit or items not matching the written order will be exchanged for the same or correct item. Please make sure that your measurements are correct before ordering. Due to the hand crafted nature of our products, slight variations are expected and are not considered defects. Some variation in the patina finish coloration can be expected from part to part and order to order. We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of shipment with intent to return merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued from our customer service personnel. The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the return package. The merchandise must be returned within 10 days upon receipt of the authorization, in original condition and packaged correctly.

Since we are a custom fabricator, all orders must be received in writing via mail, e-mail, or Fax with 100% pre-payment. Shop Curtain Rod typically manufactures each item as it is ordered. Therefore most orders are normally shipped within in 10-15 business days (2 to 3 weeks).

All rods longer than 100" will be cut in half as UPS will not accept packages more than 100" in length.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight, preferred shipping method, and final destination.
